From Bloomin Brands: Outback uses a variety of oils in their recipes including and not limited to beef tallow oil in the fryer, olive oil, olive and soybean oil blend, other vegetable oils. Some products we buy will also contain these oils.

We only use animal fats for deep frying and cooking- no seed or vegetable oils.

Uses Beef Shortening in their fryers. Cannot confirm that pre-frozen/pre-fried items were pre-fried in beef fat, but the fryers in-store do use a beef shortening that does NOT contain other fats.

Fine Italian Dining. Pasture raised meats and pasture raised eggs as well.
